Hello Nurain. CPT is an entrance exam required to be cleared to pursue the course of Chartered Accountancy. 

You must have strong base of knowledge about all the subjects of CPT like Accounts, economics, Maths, statistics, law. 

If you have Maths background with commerce you should not have much problem in the Maths and statistics section. And if you have such background you should double work on it. The basics of Accounts should be good. The thorough learning and reading of Law sections and provisions will help you out. 

At last you can clear it if you have a maths background. If not do take a guidance. Practice more and more questions which will prepare you out for the exam. Prepare a plan and stick to it . All the best for the preparations.
