Forest Research Institute (Deemed) University conducts FRI Entrance Exam in order to shortlist aspirants for master’s programmes offered by the institute. On the basis 

of a candidate’s score in FRI Entrance Exam, he/she is shortlisted for admission in courses such as – MSc Forestry, MSc Wood Science & Technology, MSc Environment 

Management and MSc Cellulose & Paper Technology.while preparing for it you have to keep in mind that u must go through the previous year question paper so that you aware about the pattern of questions will be coming.The questions are not really tough but the areas from where they ask the questions are too vast ranging from maths,basic english,phy,chem,biology to history,geography,ecology,forestry,political science,economics,geology,agriculture,gk and current affairs. *Phy chemistry is also scoring if you do go through basic concepts of 11 and 12 standard books.And also if u strong in mathematics it will be scoring for you..Do start practising maths atleast 3 months earlier so that u score highest in that.For GK, try to read last 6 months current affairs apart from the static GK part. Static GK can be learnt from books like Lucent GK or Pearson GK.The exam won’t be that tough. If you even study with a dedication for about 1 month, you’ll easily crack the exam.*
