Hello Aspirant ,
I can help you with the neet UG preparation part.
Neet is a combined medical entrance exam conducted by NTA.
Eligibility include 12th PCB stream student with 50% total aggregate.
Total marks 720
Syllabus - Physics , Chemistry , Biology of standard 11th and 12th

Some tips for NEET UG preparation,
Give NTA mock tests , give 2tests per day but do not forget to review the answers and note the mistakes you did in that test.
Practising previous year questions ,
Reading NCERT textbooks of 11th and 12th standard line by line ,
practicing daily Mcqs,
Revise Formulas of physics
Revsie named reactions of chemistry
Doing all this will help you secure a very good rank .
Make a notebook and add the extra points which you found new.
Revise it Daily .
Study for atleast 6-7hours per day with focus and concentration .

After all this Spend some time with your family and/or go for a walk.

You'll have to finish only the bio part exclusively, as the physics and the chemistry part will be covered with the JEE Advanced syllabus itself. Moreover, the JEE Advanced questions are on a much higher level than NEET, so you'll automatically get an advantage there.

For Bio, you can easily look up to some lectures on YouTube and NCERT, and that would suffice. In this way, you can easily compete in both the exams.
