From my experience I can tell you, making Self Notes from NCERT and regularly revising them is perhaps the best way to start Inorganic Chemistry Preparation. You may also take help from Arihant Chemistry Handbook, as it has in detail short notes for Inorganic Chemistry.

Besides this, Pay attention to your respective Tuition/Coaching Notes and try to get hold of Resonance Rank Booster Chemistry Book ( Main & Advanced) and try solving the whole Inorganic Section from Both the Books, and of course checking the in depth solutions there. After you complete each chapter, check the Previous Years Questions pertaining to it from some material like Arihant Previous Years.

During course of JEE Preparation, you answer nearly 100-200+ odd tests during the 2 or 3 years of Preparation. Each test has atleast 10 Questions from Inorganic Chemistry. Try Maintaining a Diary, and after each test, carefully note down the Inorganic Chemistry Questions with respective Answers, and keep revising this diary once in a while. Revise this diary again, a week before your JEE Main and Advanced, trust me you will find 80% of Questions in Paper directly related to what you had noted down over the years.
