This is exactly my scenario. I can guide you the best here. I was studying CSE in my btech first year last year and was preparing for neet as well. So I started prioritizing neet aspirants my topmost priority. You've to consider it from youe heart as your heart belongs in medical. So try avoiding sitting for all the lectures of engineering and just study for passing in exams. Because at the engineering FIRST year is a common year for all the branches, so you are at no concepts loss. And I'll also tell you, you've Physics chemistry mechanics in engineering first year whose concepts match exactly with our 10+2 syllabus. So you'll get this benefit as well.
