its really wonderful to know that you are thinking about neet exam right fom class 9. right now I Will suggest you to study the 9th syllabus and side by side if your syllabus is 100 % completed you can do the 10th syllabus. when you are learning in 10th class you may study some 11th biology syllabus as for biology you did not needs very much tuition needs, you can start from cells, plants biology, physical biology which is interesting to study. I can only suggest you to cover some biology syllabus where you are in your 10th level, for physics and chemistry you need to learn some higher level mathematics, which will be good if you starts it from class 11th.

since now you are in class 9 dont take tension now about neet preparation. you should start your neet preparation from class 11 onwards and from class 11 you have to be very focused on your studies. Now you should onlydo preparationof your class subject.

Class 9 is indeed a very early class and you do not need to put much efforts. Just make sure your concepts of physics, chemistry and biology are very very good and your base is totally clear.
