Below are the Eligibility Criteria for JEE Advance Exam 2021:
1) JEE Main 2020
You must have passed JEE Main 2020 Paper I and among the top 250000 students.
2) Age Eligibility Criteria
You must be born on or before 1st October, 1996. SC, ST and PWD students have a relaxation of 5 Years.
3) Attempts
You can attend JEE Advance twice in 2 years.
4) Board Exams
Qualified 10 +2 in 2020 or 2021 for the first time in Central Board or any other State Board Exams. 75% aggregate marks in 12th is the standard Qualifying Marks and 65% for SC/ST/PWD students.
5) IIT
If you have already secured a seat in IIT, then you are not eligible for JEE Advance 2021.

To be eligible for JEE Advanced Examination you need to get minimum cut-off percentile in JEE Mains, which are different for every year.
