See once you install the Pdf reader, go to the final and tap on it, the file will automatically open. There are also files section in the PDF reader from where you can also find the required file and tap on it to read it.

Some of the good PDF readers are:

Read ERA
ADOBE PDF READER
Google PDF reader
FOXIT PDF READER
