It is mentined in the website that the tution fee can be refunded before the commencement of second counselling.The question is HOW? 

Hey Tejaswi,If you want paid tution fee refund then you are advised to bring the following doccuments in person for scrutiny at the O/o Convenor, S.V.Bhavan, Masab Tank, Hyderabad or to send through Registered Post to the Convenor, O/o Convenor, S.V.Bhavan, Masab Tank, Hyderabad – 500 028 :Request Letter by the candidate for cancellation of allotted seatOriginal Receipt of Certificate (ROC) form issued at the time of Certificate VerificationLatest Allotment OrderReceipt generated in Online Payment / Challan, if applicableFill in the format as placed in the website for Cancellation of Provisional allotted seat and to claim Tuition Fee paid for refund of paid amount.All Candidate who Opted for TS EAMCET 2018 Tuition Fee Refund shall receive SMS to the registered mobile up on cancellation of the TS EAMCET 2018 Provisional Allotted Seat.
