In order to score good marks in physics it is very important to go through NCERT books to clear your concepts and to build your fundamentals strong. 

Exercises which are given at the end of each chapter is very important. You can also go for NCERT exemplar. 

Apart, from NCERT books you can also refer to HC Verma.

Solving previous year questions is important to understand the type of and level of questions asked in the exam. Solve as many as MCQs as well for your practice.
