Hello Aspirant,
Tenses are a important part of English language. You cannot skip the knowledge of Tenses if you want to be fluent in English.
Try watching some English videos and read as much as you can.This will surely help you in improving your English and sentence framing will get easier.

Speaking English is quiet tough when you have to speak in front of others

But some tips that will improve your English are as follows

1.Build Confidence

2.Read a lot of newspaper,Novels etc

3.Watch English Movies or web series and try to  capture their language

4.Speak in front of the mirror

5.Make English as one of the common languages that you speak with your friends and family members

With the above tips you can surely improve your English
