Hi, GATE is not an easy exam and to get success through it you will have to act smartly and systematically.

Now that you are concerned about the syllabus and how to cover those books start with finding the important topics in each topic and focus on it. This will help you to cover the syllabus which is important at first. Apart from this check the below tips which can help you.

You will have to start with knowing the syllabus. Know the marking scheme and know the weight age of each subject.

Solve previous year papers and through this you will get to know the type of questions you can face in the exam.

It is not important to have many books but it is important to have standard books.

Because it is all conceptual so make sure your all basic concepts are cleared.

Mocks are again really important to assess your weak and strong areas.

All the best.
