Dear Aspirant, Being Tamil nadu state board student can crack the NEET in your first attempt by planning how to prepare.

Here I'm giving you some study tips to crack NEET :-

  • Plan a schedule to complete NEET syllabus in time.
  • Study from NCERT text books and reference books for practicing NEET level problems.
  • Revise daily, make a revision notes for preparing before test.
  • Don't leave any topic that you think it's unimportant.
  • For physics, chemistry refer each and every line from Ncert books and understand each and every concept.
  • For biology learn each and every line, it carries 50%weightage you must get command in biology.
  • You have to put your efforts in solving previous year NEET question papers then you will have a clear picture.

Meanwhile,coming to how many marks you should achieve for Government colleges have a look according to category wise cutoff will be different :-

  • General-50th percentile-701-134 score.
  • General PH-45th percentile-133-120.
  • Sc/st/obc-40th percentile-133-107.
  • Sc/st/obc PH-40th percentile-119-107.

In counselling there are 2types of category seats all india quota seats and state quota seats.DGHS on behalf of MCC will give cut off and counseling schedule for 15%AIQ seats .For 85% state quota seats the state officials will be responsible for cutoff and counseling process.NEET eligible can go for counseling process and  can get admission in there desired college.
