Best is not to avoid mobile phone but also not to just stick over it as you shall become obsessed.

You should devote strategic breaks where every 3 hours you focus completely for studies and then take short breaks for 5 to 10mins and can browse your mobile. So when you restart studying for long spells make sure you switch off mobiles and not get distracted. Take short breaks after long spells for mobile phone and seamlessly balance and navigate. 

Afterall, All work and No Play is also dnagerous.
