Hi Aspirant. In NEET you are asked formula based question for physics but IN AIIMS you are asked conceptual questions. So, you will have to  focus more on clearing your concept. You should study NCERT line by line as it will help you in assertion and reason questions. Furthermore, you should study the modules of AAKASH and ALLEN. All the best.
