Usually, the eligibility criteria for pursuing the Bcom honours course in that, maths acts as a Important & compulsory subject.

But the eligibility criteria could differ from college to college, so I’d advise you to visit the respective college website or contact them and get a confirmation if they have an option where you could chose the Bcom honours without doing maths in your class 12th.
