Actually you are too young to be prepare about that. But don't last hope.if you really want to be the topper in NEET examination who can start about that foundation from today also.

As in just two years you will be in class 11th, you can start by going to the some topics of 11th and 12th. And as well as side by side, watch this syllabus the question patterns.

But don't be penic, some topics you can found to be hard. Keep patience. Always believe in yourself that you can.

When you will be at your 11th and 12th, you should go through your textbooks specially for chemistry and biology you should follow your NCERT books thoroughly. Because for chemistry most of the cases the question comes from lines. Be careful about that.
