Your query isn't clear enough.

If you have already uploaded the document and submitted it then you can't change it now , wait till they reopen the correction window if they ever decide because its not fixed. If you had uploaded an invalid certificate then try for your chance in the counselling with a valid certificate maybe they will allow. Hope this helps!
