To use formula in physics ,first learn them and also learn the symbol and their meanings like q-charge ,i -current , B- magnetic field , E - electric field , and revise them at the end of day . Try to understand that from where that formula come and what is the need , try to clear every concept , don't create any confusion in you mind ,contact time to time to your teacher as well
