The uv ,NMR and IR spectroscopy values are very important to remember for correct structure elucidation.

The most important one values you need to remember are those of functional groups, benzene ring etc.

I think best way is to practice as many problems based on the spectroscopy as you can. It will increase your memory and help you in examination too.

The other way you can try is prepare mnemonic for yourself and remember.
