how to write letter for requring sinature of deo in study certificate

Hello Student

To write a letter  for getting study certificate from the departmental executive officer of an educational institution is the process should be followed  as stated below:

Fast of all you have to complete the format of the letter  to address the HOD or Principal  right below you have to write the name of the institution and address of the institution.

After that you have to address the principal    to write like respected sir/madam.  Then write the content of letter for asking him  for permission of getting study certificate with duely signed by the departmental executive officer. Then the below of the content on the left side you have to write thanking you and below this sentence to write the date and on the right side of the end of the content on the right side you have to write yours faithfully  and below of it your name ,class, roll number, passing of year.

Enclosed with this application your copy of Aadhar card, fees receipt, marks card.
