Hello,

Getting into AIIMS is indeed a very tuff task and you literally have to put everything into the preparation.
You will have to follow a proper study cycle with great strategies and management.
First of all leave social media completely and limit your friend circle.
Put as much time as possible in studies and what i mean is smart study, you just don't need be a bookworm and instead study smartly and try to understand concepts.
Prefer books which you find preferable for you.
Stay fit and healthy is equally important so eat well and sleep well.
Go for good sample papers of top institutes and solve as much as possible.

At the end i would just say that be honest and follow discipline and put hard time and then only you will go to you desired college.

Goodluck
