It depends on how much people have studied and how much your concepts are clear.
Mostly according to the surveys conducted between candidates I would say that the paper was between moderate and difficult level.

It totally depends on the candidate . According to  many surveys,  the difficulty level is high and must have interest in this field. This profession needs a lof of dedication level towards studies and in India, medical exams have become tough since last few years.
