Placements in MBAs are all dependent on 2 main factors; 1. College reputation 2. Students personal profile and knowledge.

In usual cases a college with a high reputation in market will provide you a top class placement where as an average B school will get you a basic salary placement. The top examples being IIM’s.

IIM AHMEDABAD

IIM CULCUTTA

IIM BANGALORE

are the top management institutes of our nation with an avg. Ctc of 20-21 lakhs and highest package offered touches around 75-80 lakh depending on the student profile and the knowledge he/she brings to the table and as we go low this avg. ctc lowers to as low as 3-4 lakhs per annum in some of the management institutes.
