Hello,

UniversityPrevious Cutoff (General)

Delhi University (DU)~200–215 overall; 170–220 varying by college

Jawaharlal Nehru (JNU)~270+

Allahabad University~142.5 (2022, Round 1)

If you're targeting DU, aim for 200+, ideally 210+ for top colleges.

The previous cutoff for the M.A. english postgraduate course under the general category varied depending on the  college. For top Delhi University colleges like St. Stephen’s, Miranda House, Hindu College, and LSR, the CUET-PG cutoff usually ranged between 200 to 220 out of 300. These colleges have high  competition so a higher score was neededOther DU colleges like Dyal Singh, Zakir Husain, and Daulat Ram had relatively lower cutoffs gernaly  170 to 190. To get admission into a good DU college for M.A. English, a score above  200 is considered safe while 170to 190 might  work for mid-tier colleges
