Hello aspirant!

Yes, you will be paying the remaining tuition fees by Demand Draft(DD) addressed to the respective college you want to take admission in. It's okay if you want to take admission after second round of counselling. Contact the college once you get a seat in it and ask them about their fee procedure. I hope this information was helpful!
