This depends on which exam you are going to give. Any exam hall ticket will contain the centre name, the centre address, and other details. If not, then try contacting the exam holding body, such as the NTA for jee (just an example).They can provide you with more information. But try searching through your hall ticket/ admit card thoroughly first.
