You benefit from taking the National Talent Search Examination, or NTSE, in numerous ways. First of all, if you pass it, the National Council of Educational Research and Training will give you a scholarship or other form of financial aid (NCERT). But even if you don't succeed, it still gets you ready for a lot of other things. Most importantly, it gives you experience and aids in the discovery of your areas of weakness.
