The percentile system is relative and we can say that it would change a little, we could see a dip in the marks scored by the students for a particular percentile. For scoring 95 percentile one must score around 120 marks in jee mains. In the February session, all the students might be not that well prepared, so there might be a dip in marks scored but you should try to score 120+ to score 95 percentile.
