Dear Student, you have not specified which board you are referring to in your query. I am sharing information related to the Maharashtra State board based on the state mentioned in your profile.

The Maharashtra HSC exam pattern has undergone some changes as per the Maharashtra board. These changes will also be implemented in the current session. Here are the modifications introduced in the Maharashtra HSC 2024 exam pattern:

  • The new exam pattern includes the addition of multiple-choice questions, which account for 25% of the total questions.
  • The aggregate mark for the class 12th exam has been reduced from 650 to 600.
  • An internal assessment or practical segment has been incorporated into all subjects. In each subject, 80 marks are allocated for theory, with the exam taking place at the end of the year. Out of the remaining 20 marks, 5 marks are assigned to listening skills, 5 marks to oratory skills, and the remaining 10 marks are dedicated to any practical activity relevant to the subject.
