You are not eligible for neet examination irrespective of your aggregate marks in PCB

This is because,

As per, Neet eligibility criteria ,you need to pass 12th with Biology . But you have failed in biology theory with 16 marks, and when you fail in theory , you fail in that subject i. e you have failed in biology and thus failed to fulfil the very criteria of passing biology in order to be eligible in neet . So, to be eligible you need to pass in both theory and practical examination.

As per, Neet 2021 eligibility criteria to be eligible you must be either appearing for 12th board examination 2021 or should have  passed 12th board examination with    PCB( pass in both theory and practical individually) and English and must have got:-

• at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology  in 12th examination  if belongs to general category

• at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc

• at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.

Also,

* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021

* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021

* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.
