You wants to participate in the National spot round. If you participates in the spot round you can definitely get refund of the money (35,000/-) which you have paid in the Government Funded Technical Institutions.

But you can not use this amount in spot round.

If you leave the GFTI ,the money will be refunded after some months.

You can made withdrawal option before 7th round.
