I accidentally selected Passing Status as APPEARING instead of PASSED in counselling form, will they reject my application? Is there a way to correct it? I can't find any option on the portal

Accidentally selecting "Appearing" instead of "Passed" for your passing status in a counselling form can potentially lead to complications, but it doesn't necessarily mean rejection.

The most crucial step is to reach out to the counselling authorities as soon as possible. Find their contact details (phone number and email address) on the official website of the counselling portal.

Clearly explain the mistake you made by selecting "Appearing" instead of "Passed" for your passing status. Mention the specific program and application ID for reference.
Inquire if there's a way to rectify this error. Some counselling portals might have a window for correcting minor mistakes in submitted applications.

I hope it helps!
