Hello,
For you kind information signing up for any admission process does not mean you are eligible for it the eligibility criteria for the test is candidates must possess a valid JEE Main 2024 score and a domicile certificate from specified North Eastern States and Union Territories. if you dont fulfill eligibility criteria there is no point to participate in the counselling process it only waste your time.
Further there are many engineering, technology, architecture, pharmacy courses in AICTE approved technical institutions across the country you can go for them.
It depends on the specific reason you are ineligible for CSAB NEUT but are interested in the CSAB Special Round. If you signed up for CSAB NEUT because you weren't aware of the participating universities but are eligible for the CSAB Special Round (NITs/IIITs/GFTIs), then you can still participate in the CSAB Special Round. No need to withdraw from CSAB NEUT (registration might automatically close before the Special Round). Simply focus on registering and filling choices for the CSAB Special Round when it opens. If you are ineligible for CSAB NEUT due to reasons that wouldn't affect your eligibility for the CSAB Special Round (e.g., not a North-East Indian candidate), then you can still participate in the CSAB Special Round. It's not strictly necessary to withdraw from CSAB NEUT, but you might want to contact the CSAB helpdesk to clarify your situation and confirm participation in the Special Round. If you are ineligible for both programs due to reasons like not having a valid JEE Main rank or not participating in JoSAA counseling, then you won't be able to participate in the CSAB Special Round. The CSAB Special Round registration typically happens after the CSAB NEUT registration closes. So, even if you don't withdraw from CSAB NEUT, you can still register for the Special Round when it opens. I hope it helps!
