The subjects considered for admission to BA Psychology in Delhi University are one language, one relevant subject and two optional subjects. As psychology that you studied in Classes 11 and 12 is relevant I don't think there will be any deduction while you apply. But if you do not consider the best four as mentioned above, then there can be deduction.
