If you've already made the payment for the college predictor service and it's asking you to pay again, even after uploading or having a screenshot of your payment, here's what you should do:
You should contact the support team of the platform where you paid. Since you're using Careers360, follow these steps:
Visit the Careers360 Help/Support Page or go to the "Need Help?" or "Help Chat" option usually at the bottom of the site.
Share your registered email ID, screenshot of the payment, date/time of payment, and your issue clearly.
You can also email them directly at support@careers360.com with all the above details.
They will verify your payment and activate your access again.
