Sro number getting time is 14 working days within and after registration is complete in ICAI  Institute of Chartered accountants of India foundation course. If you lost your sro number then immediately report it to the foundation  email ID and again download your supporting  documents with your application number you can apply for fresh  or duplicate  sro number against your application.

On the other hand if there is any provision you can meet personally to the the regional centre and apply to them requesting your need of urgency with valid proof of your losing sro number.
