Hello Tushar,

As you are asking about the OBC-NCL certificate 'Central' i can tell you that it is also accepted in Delhi, But as you are asking about the the eligiblity of 85% quota in Delhi for that you must contain a Domicile/Residential Certificate which is issued by the SDO/DC office as a proof that you are a residence of Delhi, then you can only secure a seat in 85% quota.

Hope you will find it relevant.

Feel free to ask any other query.

Dear Aspirant,

As per the situation you have described, you are eligible for 85% of Delhi students reservation along with OBC-NCL quota. You either have to have a domicile of Delhi or have done your schooling from the Delhi. In either case, you are eligible for those 85% reserved seats.

Hope this helps.

All the best. Thank You.
