I am 12th pass with 87 percentile, physics mark 70, chemistry 51, maths 77 How I get study or job in ISRO?

First, you'll need to complete your graduation to be eligible for getting job in ISRO. If you are going to do engineering, choose your stream wisely(for example, aerospace engineering can make you eligible for this job, rather than Chemical Engineering)
