I am 12th pass(PCB) NEET aspirant. I have no interest in pursuing medical. Instead i want to pursue Engineering. I've planned to appear for maths through NIOS(Open schooling). Is this a good option?

Hi sneha,

Hope you're doing good.

I'd suggest you to PLEASE do whatever you like. You don't wanna become a doctor who doesn't like community service and her job. Rather, be an engineer who likes what she does for a living.

As most of the colleges have closed their admissions,  there are still some colleges left. And regular courses always have more value than open schooling. So you should apply for regular course and side by side prepare for JEE. Else, you can still pursue open schooling in maths and prepare For JEE, it'll help you a lot. You'll have plenty of time.

All the best.

Hi Shreya,

Thanks for the support.

Im planning for admission in next year (2021). Do you know wheather the colleges take admission if you have done physics and chemistry via CBSE and maths via NIOS? Im ready for any amount of preparation for maths for NIOS on demand exam. It would be very helpful if you'd share your views with me on this.
Thanks.
