Yes. You can attend CET for the coming year. You can give the examination again but you will have to manage your 1st year also. So you will be having a very hectic schedule. Plan your schedule according and follow it properly. If you get a better college or the one which you are aiming for then you can change your college but you will have to start from the first year studies over there.
