No you can not appear for jee mains in 2019 as you passed class 12th in 2016.

No , unfortunately you can't be able to write the JEE MAINS examination in the next year, since all your attempts have been vanished. Overall you had three attempts to write the JEE MAINS examination i.e in the year of of 2016, 2017,2018.
