Hello Raju,
The nda websites states that Candidates born not earlier than July 2, 2000, and not later than July 1, 2003 can write the exam. If you have a gap of three years from the exam year you can write the exam. Also you need proof of your date of birth through SSLC or class 12 marks card. Also carry additional passport size photographs.
