Yes ,  you are eligible and can apply for Neet 2021 examination even if you are 23 years old as there's no upper age limit for neet 2021.

This is because  ,

There's only minimum age limit according to which ,

to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by  31st  December 2021 and you fulfil this criteria as you are more than 17 years old i. e 23 years old and thus you are eligible

Apart from age,

To be eligible you must have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got :-

• at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology  in 12th examination  if belongs to general category

  Recommended

• at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to  Obc/ Sc /st category

• at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.

So, if you fulfill this percentage requirement in PCB for  your category then you are definitely eligible for Neet 2021 examination.
