There is no pass or fail system in jee mains exam.The cutoff given in jee mains result is for jee advance.u got 60 marks that means u r not eligible for jee advance but u r eligible to get admission on basis of jee mains marks.

yeah !! definately you are passed while in JEE there no pass are fail if are interested in JEE advance you should be below 2.30lakh rank while if you are interested in college then choose according to your rank the link is given below
