Hii!
The eligibility criteria for MCA PGCET states that the candidate must have completed graduation or equivalent degree with minimum 50% marks from a recognised university in any subject like maths, statistics, computer applications or computers programming, business etc., There shouldn't be any problem due to backlogs as soon as you clear them.
