At undergrad level, there is no degree program but student opt for diploma or certification course as complimentary program with B.Sc (IT), Computer Engineering etc but there are few colleges/institutes which provide masters in ethical hacking like DOEACC Calicut, Reliance World Outlet, Institute of information security, University of Madras, SRM university, Kalasalingam University etc. Also, to become an ethical hacker 10+2 must be done with Maths and Physics as main subjects so you are eligible to apply as you can take admission in any degree program (IT related courses should be preferred)along with that take admission in diploma/certification course for the same and once you are done with this you can apply for the job.
