Hello,
Unfortunately no, you are not eligible to appear for TS EAMCET as you have not fulfilled the eligibility criteria.A candidate must belong to either Telangana state or Andhra Pradesh state and must have appeared 10+2 from board of intermediate education Telangana/Andhra Pradesh. And must have passed with atleast 45% marks(General category) and 40% (reserved category) in 10+2.
