Hi, first of all, I am assuming that by eee you mean electrical and electronics engineering. If yes, then well I'd recommend checking your college's course structure and syllabus to first check what all is included by them. This is because different colleges have a slightly different course for it, so first find out a list of related topics and syllabus. If you are pursuing a BE in EEE, then you would generally tend to have these topics for the first semester -

Engineering Mathematics

Engineering Physics

Engineering Chemistry

Engineering Graphics

Engineering Mechanics

Basic Civil Engineering

Basic Mechanical Engineering

Basic Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Basic Communication and Information Engineering

Engineering Workshop

You can start reading up on them for the time-being. You can find more information on this link-

Hope this helps!
