Campus change is not easily possible because the seats are filled up at all the places nad shifting a student won't be possible and against the process of admission. But still to be sure you can contact the administration department of your current campus regarding the transfer thing and they will happy to help you with that. Simultaneously also contact the campus where you want to get transferred.
